Canine Core — Client Service Agreement

1. Agreement

By booking or using any Canine Core service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between the client and Canine Core.

2. Services

All services are structured, controlled walks tailored to each dog’s behaviour, temperament, fitness and individual needs. Walk format, handling methods, grouping and session structure are determined solely by Canine Core based on professional judgement, safety and welfare.

3. Assessment Requirement

All dogs must complete an initial assessment prior to acceptance. This determines suitability for group or 1-1 services. Canine Core reserves the right to modify or withdraw services if a dogs needs change.

4. Owner Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant information regarding their dog, including medical conditions, behavioural concerns, bite history or handling requirements. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate service termination without refund.

5. Health & Welfare

Dogs must be physically fit for exercise, free from contagious illness and suitably vaccinated or titre tested. Owners must notify Canine Core immediately of any illness, injury or change in condition.

6. Behaviour & Safety

Dogs displaying unsafe or aggressive behaviour may be removed from sessions or reassigned to 1-1 services. Safety of dogs, handler and public overrides all bookings.

7. Bookings & Payments

Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required prior to services unless agreed otherwise. Block bookings are non-refundable once started.

8. Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

9. Equipment

Owners must provide secure collars, harnesses and leads. Canine Core reserves the right to use alternative equipment if current equipment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

10. Collection & Access

Clients authorise Canine Core to collect and return their dog from the agreed address. Safe access must be provided. Failure of access may result in session cancellation and full charge. Owners remain responsible for faulty gates, locks or containment.

11. Transport Consent

Clients consent to their dog being transported in a secure, professionally managed vehicle using appropriate restraints or crates.

12. Off-Lead Exercise

Dogs may only be walked off lead with written owner consent and when deemed safe. Canine Core retains discretion to keep any dog on lead.

13. Weather Conditions

Sessions may be shortened, modified or rescheduled due to weather or environmental risks. Welfare decisions are final.

14. Emergency Veterinary Care

If a dog becomes ill or injured while in Canine Core’s care, the handler is authorised to seek veterinary treatment. All associated costs remain the owners responsibility.

15. Cleaning Consent

Dogs may be towel dried or lightly cleaned before return for hygiene and comfort.

16. Liability

All reasonable care is taken. Owners acknowledge dogs are animals capable of unpredictable behaviour and remain legally responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dog.

17. Media Consent

Photos or videos of dogs may be used for progress tracking or marketing purposes unless written refusal is provided.

18. Communication Consent

Clients agree to receive service-related messages or occasional updates via text or email. Clients may opt out at any time.

19. Right of Refusal

Canine Core reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a dog or client is deemed unsafe, unsuitable or in breach of policy.

20. Force Majeure

Services may be cancelled or adjusted due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including extreme weather, illness, vehicle failure or emergencies.

21. Insurance

Canine Core holds appropriate public liability and business insurance.
